Game Rules
Duration: 2 halves of 15 minutes each (running time).
The team that scores the most goals wins the game.
The game starts with a pass from the center of the field to a teammate. The game also restarts after each goal conceded.

Allowed Actions
Stop the ball with your hands without delaying the game and pass it to yourself.
Play off the wall or off obstacles behind the goal.
Pass the ball using the stick, foot, or body.
Make substitutions during the game.
There is no “offside” rule.
Prohibited Actions
Physical contact or aggressive play.
Pushing opponents with any part of the body.
Tripping.
Hitting opponents with the stick or striking their stick.
High sticks (above waist level).
Passing the ball with hands or head.
Being in the goal area during a shot.
Penalties
Violations of the rules result in a 2-minute penalty, with the player being removed from the field. If a violation occurs in the opponent’s penalty area, a penalty shot is awarded from the center of the field (one-on-one situation).
